Wenn sich der Winter von seiner schönsten Seite zeigt
Nein, ich fange nicht schon wieder an, über den Winter zu schimpfen, denn bei dieser Landschaft und meinen letzten Winter Wonderland Fotos auf Instagram hier und hier, wäre das wenig nachvollziehbar... Am Freitag, als diese Fotos entstanden, zeigte sich der Januar tatsächlich von seiner schönsten Seite: Morgens eisig kalt und wie auf einer Postkarte, nachmittags sonnig warm.
Und da es in geschützten Ecken so mild war, konnte ich auch Daunenmantel und Winterstiefel an der Garderobe lassen und stattdessen meinen Leomantel und Lederstiefel anziehen, denn die Straßen sind wieder frei. Und wenn es doch ein bisschen kälter ist, passt meine Fellweste drüber.
Meine Lederstiefel von Clarks (ähnlich) trage ich jetzt schon den dritten Winter und bin sehr begeistert von der Qualität und der bequemen Passform. Gerade bei klassischen Stiefeln lohnt es sich, jetzt im Sale danach Ausschau zu halten. Fast alle sind derzeit drastisch reduziert und diese Reiterstiefel sind nicht nur eine Saison aktuell!

WALKING IN A WINTER WONDERLAND
Enjoying the bright side of winter!
Today I won't complain about winter - which would be difficult when you look at the landscape and our weather! I just posted a few winter wonderland photos on instagram here and here. On Friday when we took these photos it was just a perfect winter day: Very frosty and cold in the moning and bright sunshine and mild in the afternoon.
Finally I was able to swop my down coat and winter boots for my leopard coat and leather boots since the roads were clear. To stay warm during lower temperatures I added my faux fur vest on top of it.
I am wearing my leather boots from Clarks (similar) the third winter now and love the quality and they are so comfortable! Now it is the time to look for classic boots which will stay around longer than just one season. Riding boots with a flat heel are a must have and there are lots of fabulous ones currently available on sale!
