How to combine designer and high street labels - Green blouse by Stella McCartney

HOW TO COMBINE DESIGNER AND HIGH STREET LABELS

Stella McCartney blouse in one of my favourite colours: Green

Green has been one of my favourite colours for many years and I always thought it is a pity there is such a limited choice in the shops! That might change since the Pantone Institute just selected "Greenery" - a fresh and zesty green as the colour of the year 2017. I look forward to seeing various shades of green this spring and summer. Already during my last visit to a COS store at London's Sloane Square, I noticed an increase of green clothes - mostly a dark green like the colour of my new blouse.

My forest green silk blouse by Stella McCartney has been a wonderful Christmas present and huge surprise from my children! I love the details with the tonal fringed trim and the long cuffs. In spring I look forward to wearing it with fresh white as I love that crisp colour combination.
Please check out my previous looks in green as featured above.

The quality and details instantly add a highlight to my old basic blazer jacket.by H&M and my skinny jeans from Marks & Spencer's Twiggy collection from last summer as shown in a different combination here. They are my favourite pair because of their fitted shape and they are now available again for £29.50 (M&S ships to various European countries as well as the US and Canada.)

I have added a bit of a metallic shimmer with my little bag "Mademoiselle M3" by ZWEI which can also be worn as a cross-body bag and comes with a shorter handle too. My nail varnish is "Buy me a cameo" by essie.

Not sure about you but personally I cannot afford a wardrobe full of designer clothes but isn't it nice to add some special pieces every now and then which you can pair with your existing high street pieces?
