Klassischer Spätsommer Look in Weiß und Dunkelblau
Noch gebe ich den Sommer nicht ganz auf...
Gerade komme ich von einem fantastischen Wochenende in Vorarlberg in Österreich zurück, wo ich mit meiner Bloggerfreundin Yvonne von Funky Forty eine kleine Auszeit genommen habe. Das Wetter war perfekt, wir waren wandern, haben ausgezeichnet gegessen (und getrunken!) und uns verwöhnen lassen. Wir haben ganz viele Fotos mitgebracht und berichten Euch nächsten Sonntag darüber auf unseren Blogs. Neugierig? Letzte Woche hatten wir auch zuhause schönes Wetter und ich konnte zumindest tagsüber nochmal ärmellos gehen und das habe ich natürlich ausgenutzt! Auch weiße Hosen gehören für mich zum Sommer - in der kalten Jahreszeit fühle ich mich darin nicht mehr wohl, dann trage ich lieber weiße Oberteile als Hosen und Röcke.
Aber da es eben doch schon September ist, habe ich immer ein Jäckchen dabei oder wie hier eine lange Weste, die ich dann gerne über leichten Tops trage. Ich hatte sie mir im Frühling bei Zara gekauft, sie ist ganzjährig ein super Kombiteil und kommt mit Sicherheit auch über langärmligen T-Shirts zum Einsatz.

Classic late summer look in white and navy blue
Summer, why can't you stay a little bit longer?
I have just returned from a fabulous weekend in Austria together with my blogger friend Yvonne of Funky Forty. The weather has been perfect, we went for a lovely hike and enjoyed amazing local food and Austrian wine! We took lots of photos and you can read all about our trip on our blogs next Sunday. Curious? Last week also here in Bavaria we had lovely late summer weather and it was warm enough for a sleeveless top and white trousers. For me white indicates summer and I have worn it a lot over the last couple of months. During the colder season I still wear white shirts but white trousers and skirts don't work so well for our climate in winter.
Although it was quite nice during the day, I always take something to cover up - a cardigan, a light jacket or one of my long vests. I bought this navy blue one from Zara earlier this year and it is my third vest besides my beige and white one. Versatile all year round I combine them with a lot of different outfits, long or short sleeves and even sleeveless dresses and tops.
