Little Black Dress: My Top 10 from the current MANGO Sale

Stylish and timeless

In every style guide a little black dress is mentioned as a must-have in any woman's wardrobe. Although I usually don't read these style guides, there is one, I´d really like to recommend: "Style Forever" by Alyson Walsh, journalist and blogger from London. I have met Alyson in London twice (last time at the Hobb's event) and reviewed her book here. It is so well written and illustrated -  very different to most other style guides.

Back to my black dress - for me it is a basic piece indeed and I have several ones: sleeveless, short and long sleeves, wrap dresses, kneelength and midi, light ones for summer and thicker fabrics for winter. They are versatile and my number one choice for going out, I feel good and appropriately dressed for a party, a dinner or a formal event.

The ribbed black dress with its wrapped neckline which I am wearing today is on sale at MANGO for only 23$/15£. Although it is quite form-fitting, the stretch fabric makes it very comfortale to wear. Currently it is still available in all sizes and just in case you prefer a more casual style, it also comes in a  striped version.

I often order online from Mango and whenever I am in London I go to Mango Covent Garden which happens to be in the vicinity of my favourite Zara store as well as French Connection, Jigsaw, Banana Republic, COS and Hobbs...

Are you looking for an addition to your wardrobe? I have put together my top 10 little black dresses from the current MANGO sale which are all under 30€!
